We offer same-day pick-up for customers who prefer to collect their order in person.

• Orders placed after the cut-off will be available for next business day pick-up

Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns for change of mind.
If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us at support@crossico.com within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:
— Your order number
— Clear photos of the item and the fault
— The item must be in its original condition with all tags attached and must not have been worn and washed
We'll review the issue and, if the item is deemed faulty, we will arrange an exchange immediately.
If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us at support@crossico.com within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:

If the size or style isn't quite right, please email support@crossico.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
We accept exchanges on full-priced items provided the items are:
— Unworn, unwashed, and unused
— In original condition with tags attached
We recommend trying on all items in your order before washing to ensure they fit. We cannot accept exchanges after items have been worn and washed.
Please note that the buyer is responsible for all return costs — including shipping.
